Prize Terms and Conditions:
11. Prize is two Emirates Economy Class tickets to Dubai travelling from London Heathrow or London Gatwick. Prize is valid for 3 months from the date of prize draw. The prize must be used by the winner & companion travelling together.
12. Flight bookings are subject to availability.
13. Blackout dates apply between 15th December 2017 to 5th January 2018 and 10th to 18th February 2018. Tickets are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-refundable & have no cash value. All routes & bookings are subject to change & availability. The costs of transfers, travel insurance, parking, meals, spending money and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
14. The flights must be used by the winner & companion travelling together. Flight bookings are subject to availability & preferred dates are not guaranteed.

16. The Hotel gift certificate is valid for three months from the winner being notified. Gift certificates are redeemable up to the stated value once against the price, in whole or in part, of the relevant goods and/or services offered by Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Gift certificates are valid as stated on the front and are subject to availability and prior reservations.
17. Hotel Gift certificates cannot be redeemed over weekends, holidays and special events.
18. At the time of making the booking or reservation for the goods and/or services the gift certificate must be declared. A gift certificate must be submitted by its holder prior to receipt of the relevant hotel goods and/or services as confirmation of payment.
19. Cash or credit card payment may be used in addition to gift certificates for any purchase of goods and/or services at no extra charge. If the cost of goods and/or services is less than the value or the gift certificate being used to pay for the goods and/or services, the difference shall be forfeited.
20. Gift certificates are valid until the specified expiry date. Once the expiry date has been reached, a gift certificate cannot be extended or renewed.
21. Gift certificates cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, and are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Gift certificates have no cash value.
22. Gift certificates cannot be replaced by the hotel if lost, destroyed, defaced, damaged, stolen or expired.
23. A gift certificate is issued by and is the property of the Hotel.
24. Any tax liability relating to the receipt and use of a gift certificate is the holder’s responsibility.

Voucher for La Perle Show is good for two (2) tickets, Category Silver which are valid for performances from November 23rd 2017 until February 25th 2018 All shows are subject to availability and performance schedule and prices are subject to change without notice. This offer has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer and is not valid towards previously purchased tickets. La Perle reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend this offer at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
27. Dubai Parks and Resorts tickets are valid for 1 full day. This comp ticket is strictly non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value, or any other option. Once you have redeemed the letter in exchange for a ticket, the ticket will be valid for 2 weeks only. Ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Dubai Parks and Resorts reserves the right to change any part of the promotion, including the prize at any time. Other terms and conditions may apply.

29. Winners and their companions will be required to sign a release form, which will include:
1. An undertaking to abide by the local laws and customs while in Dubai and while travelling to and from Dubai;
2. Releasing Global from all and any responsibility for a failure to abide by Dubai’s local laws and customs;
3. Indemnifying Global against all losses, expenses, damages and costs incurred by or awarded against Global as a result of a failure to abide by Dubai’s local laws and customs;
30. Winners and their companions will forfeit their chance to accept the prize if they do not sign the release form (or fail to abide by this or any other instruction given by Global or their representatives). A new winner may be selected at random.
