PCN from G24... resulted Gladstones Solicitors letter

I have a Parking Charge Notice several months ago from G24. After reading various threads, I ignored the letters. I was then sent a couple of letters from Zenith Collections. Which after reading more threads and forums online, I ignored.
I have now received a letter from Gladstones Solicitors on behalf of G24 to draw my attention to the options I have; pay the charge or G24 will commence with proceedings in the appropriate civil court.
Has anyone had any dealings like this or does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?

Plenty, on both counts.

However, you need to start by bringing yourself up to date on the situation with private parking by carefully reading the Newbies Sticky at the top of the Parking Tickets Subforum. Which will also detail your remaining options for dealing with this.

Ignoring stopped being a viable option back in 2012 when POFA came into force but its G24, so you are relatively lucky.

Then PM a board guide to get this thread moved over so you can get some help. Posting any here is futile.
