Zara returns!!! 😡

Can anyone help me. I returned my order to Zara via Royal Mail tracked service, the tracking clearly states that the items were delivered but they are disputing they received it!! I returned the goods via this service as agreed by Zara yet they are basically calling me a liar saying they’ve not received it! I’ve looked on Facebook and there’s hundreds of angry customers who haven’t received orders or can’t get a refund!!

In that case how did you pay? By card? If so contact your bank and start a chargeback.

If they paid for the postage then your liability ended as soon as you handed it to their agent. What happened to it after then is entirely between zara and their agent.

I paid by credit card, what is a charge back? I’ve said all this about it being their issue now not mine but they don’t listen. Customer service is disgusting. So many unhappy customers on Zara care Facebook page!

Not really, I'd imagine out of the thousands and thousands of customers they've got, the ones complaining on Faceache are a tiny proportion. Nobody ever goes on to say how happy they are with a company do they?
