Wowcher Delivery

Hi All
I ordered an item through Wowcher that should have been delivered by 10th November. Wowcher are telling me to contact the retailer, who ignore emails, website forms and hang up the phone instead of answering. I cannot contact the retailer at all. Just trying to figure out my rights. Should wowcher issue a refund as it is them that my contract was with. Thanks for your help.

How much/how did you pay?
When did you order?
Where you given 10 Nov specifically as the delivery date?

I ordered a couple of items, paid via paypal as I wasn't certain of Wowcher. Items didn't turn up. Wowcher said the same to me.., go to retailer. I went to paypal and the money was refunded the next day. Never used Wowcher again.

If you paid by card you will have to ask for a refund from whichever bank/company the card is from i.e. chargeback if a debit card.
