Final update for anyone who is interested, checked OH's credit file this morning and BG have actually went above and beyond what was promised. He now has no mention of them whatsoever on his credit file. New credit file sent to broker this morning so hopefully app can go in today and will be moving over to waiting for offer thread. Anyone in the same position we were, do not lose hope!0
