UKMail iphone delivery???

Like I said they have told me there's no management that I can speak to.


They informed me it had been investigated fully with UKMail but they haven't been able to provide me with copy of signature or the GPS location of the van. I would of expected these to have been acquired already during there investigation so I don't understand why it's going to take a week for them to send a copy.

Yes they say they have t got a manager there . It doesn’t matter where they are based-they have got one somewhere:):)
Ask them to give you a call at their convenience.
They can hardly say they don’t have any in the whole company.
