Can't eat solids- need ideas

Every morning I make a vegan protein shake with frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, almond milk, and a scoop of rice protein powder. It keeps me feeling full until lunch time and its a great alternative to dairy shakes. You can also add in other fruits that you like and even replace the peanut butter / cocoa powder with spinach & avocado to get a nice green smoothie. The frozen bananas give everything a nice smooth texture, much like ice cream.Lost is a lovely place to find yourself.0

Very familiar unpleasant situation. I had such a problem with quinsy last spring. To compensate the lack of vitamins you can try beef tea or chicken broth. Jellied minced meat or jellied fish are also good. The only point this food needs proper keeping in fridge. I’m using special containers for food keeping. Have found good ones here:0
