Updated To New Firefox Quatum Getting Error Message

Can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix in simple terms.
When I click the Firefox Icon to open it I get the following message with a yellow triangle and just a button Okay.

manually delete the firefox program folder and reinstall firefox which should fix this problem...
