It's definitely worth it: And ensuring he gets a CCJ & his credit rating is damaged.
Even if you only get £5 off him then, next time you see him, give him a cheery wave, smile and say (very loud voice) "thanks for the money!". With luck he will have a heart attack/an ulcer will grow...0 -

I've completed the form and will send it off in the post in the morning. I hope his workplace shames him and gets some form of payment out of him
It will be the last thing he will expect to hear from me after over a year!0 -
As a side note....
I'm 99.9% sure he is still at his current company, where he has been for over 12 years (according to linkedin and his recent social media posts)
Would it be wrong of me to contact the company to confirm his employment there through the HR department ? Or would I need his permission to request that sort of information....? thanks!0 -
