    I've been Money Tipped!
I didn't get the chance, the assistant just about ripped the sign she pulled it down with such ferocity, then she just stomped off raging mad. I'm like

I am just wondering which way round would have been 'right' for the sign since the perception depends very much on whether you approach from the left or the right. I personally would not have wasted time over it since my understanding is that any price is only an invitation to purchase with the contract being made at the checkout. Signs should not be misleading but sometimes no matter where you put them someone will always misunderstand ... guaranteed ... I have done it myself ... I usually just shrug my shoulders and say 'aw well'.

    Smiley Mum,

Yes you were right in your assumption, seems to me that women are unable to control their emotions, in your case and poppy9's case both were women who suddenly lost it with a customer.

I thought it was men that couldn't as they are the ones that get into fights and brawls and are the cause of more car accidents and road rage (for example).

Fights and brawls? You obviously haven't been in my city late at night where it is most of the time the women who cause the fight, and take part in the fight.

As for road rage, I expect it is equally men and women.
