They have now let me keep the boots as I had worn them, but they made it clear that I was a bad person for taking someone else's prize!
I was told it was my responsibility to have told them they had sent me boots when I wasn't expecting any and that I should have thoroughly read the paperwork enclosed that said someone else's name!
There was no paperwork other than the address label that was clearly made out to me!
How rude of them!
