The Odeon & Tesco customer service

Nice job Odeon & Tesco:)
Tesco on Sunday, superstore very busy, self scanning has a problem with £5 box of liquer chocs, supervisor tries with no success, runs off & returns with £1 box of After Eights, scans that & we get our liquers £4 cheaper.
The Odeon cinema this morning, only 10 people in there & it's just a touch cool on arrival, staff member pops in & announces he's turned heating up a bit as he doesn't think it's warm enough. It's OK fairly quickly so no complaints.
On the way out we're told to stop at the on-site Costa & get a free coffee or tea. There we can pick whatever sort we want, great, 2 medium latte's.
Not about money, about good customer service & staff using a bit of initiative even when customers aren't actually complaining! :T:T:T
