For anything related in any way to a timeshare or holiday club, assume it is always a scam and proceed accordingly and you won't be far wrong.

Has anyone heard of or dealt with 'Canarian Legal Alliance' who claim they have won a large number of cases in Spanish courts to get money back on mis-sold timeshares. They sound reasonable as they are not claiming the earth but I have been contacted by so many scam companies I thought I would ask the question
