Hi,
Hoping for some help here. Staying at the Jurys Inn 16/11 and have a blue badge. Where would be the best place to park overnight? We can drop of the person with limited mobility before parking the car if that makes a difference. TIA.

Yes I did see the information but thought £15 was quite a lot for overnight parking and wondered if there was somewhere cheaper or free, say within a 30 min walk. We are unfamiliar with parking in Aberdeen but have found various other options in other cities by asking on here."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0

Cheap parking in Aberdeen is a bit of a lost hope TBH. All the city centre and well outside is now zoned-up and charged heavilly.
The cheapest near Jury's Inn is usually APCOA on Commercial Quay Quay by the Shetland ferry terminal a five minute walk away but it may be no cheaper than Jury's rates - or you may be able to find a discount here?
NCP Shiprow is also very handy but again dearer, unless you can find a discount.
The very limited amount of free night time parking (8pm-8am) at either end of Union Square around the Green or in the fishhouse zone is not particularly safe to leave a car due to the amount of Junkies looking for stuff to steal. I've been broken into at both.
If you don't mind walking a bit further, the road along the beach is maybe the only free parking you can still find. The council keep threatening to impose a waiting time but they never seem to reach agreement with the Harbour Board who still own most of it. Up near the cafes/fairground is probably the safest bit as it is under CCTV but plenty commercials and people in motorhomes park-up at the harbour end near Fittie, so you may do ok there?0
