I'm surprised no first time buyers were interested...anyone would think they didn't even want to get on the property ladder!
Looked quite nice, maybe some damp proofing needed. 0 -
Thanks to your insight I'm safe:rolleyes:
Anyway, due to your 20/20 future vision, I am looking for next weeks lottery numbers and the winner of the RWC. Please send by PM to maximise my winnings.
I think your point is well illustrated by the 5th most read post in the history of the House Selling/Renting board. It was read 39,420 times and was the 4th most posted to thread in this section.
It had the catchy title:
"**Don't Buy A House** House Prices Set To Crash!!!"
Why don't I remember that, I ask myself?
'Cos it was posted in August 2004!

Various organisations spend serious time and money trying to predict markets. Very few of them have managed to predict crashes, such as the stock markets in 1987 & 1997.In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0
