I’ve given my opinion, but, if, as it seems, you are determined to push on with this, I’m far from averse to seeing the tables turned on a PPC.

When you’re underway with things, give us all a shout, then we can order the popcorn! :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I would say the chances of succeeding with a DPA breach claim in these circumstances would lie inbetween slim and none, and tending towards the latter.

I would say this post by the same poster says more than the above posting:

Stafford - that's my home Court! If/when you have a date, I would be happy to observe proceedings and/or help you present your case (if you feel it is necessary). Let me know what date eventually gets set and I'll see if I can make it ;)
Last we heard, this was not a good idea (lay reps...). The nurses' case went belly up and from what we've seen in the public domain, allegedly someone will be ordered to pay an enormous sum in costs.

Who that someone is, remains to be seen, as the costs hearing has yet to take place IIRC.

These are all facts in the public domain. Do correct me if I am wrong.

Anyway, I see logician is on this thread too, and keen to talk to the OP. Perhaps she can help him find a template, if he's a bit lost, but one wonders why a person offering themselves as a lay rep needs this:
if there any relevant template LBA's or previous similar cases I would appreciate links to those.
