I setup a Linux server which acts as the default gateway for all PC's in my LAN. On there I have several VPN connections to different countries running and set some static routes to circumvent geo ip blocking for these sites. This way I don't need to bother with this on each of my PCs.
Reading back in this thread, I'm interested to know how my ISP will be able to sniff the VPN traffic as Tarambor wrote...0
