cannot run My5 on android - service error content unreachable

I have the My5 app downloaded on my android tablet. I haven't run it recently but wanted to do so tonight. First of all it told me I needed to install an updated version of Crosstalk from the app store, which I did. Now it is giving me a service error content unreachable message at all times. I cannot view anything. anyone able to help?
