HSBC Plus account Credit Card Interest Refund

Hi,
I have a Plus account that refunds 10% of my CC interest within 60 days of the 31st August. Has anybody actually benefitted from this?
I have spent a day on and off calling my dedicated Plus team and several departments and not one can give me an answer when it is going to be and most don't give the same story as the glossy brochure I picked up from my Branch at lunctime.....

Bumping to the top as on day 55 of 'within 60 days' I still cannot get anybody at HSBC to explain how this is going to happen........0
