Balance transfer from foreign credit card

Hi,
Does anyone know if any of the 0% balance transfer cards allow credit card debt to be transferred from a credit card abroad. It is from hungary which is in the EU and its a Mastercard supplied by a lical bank.
I am all set up here for over 10 years paying off a loan all on time and also a credit card approx with £1500 on it. Credit score was above 900.

Not possible.
Suggest you obtain a money transfer card, then when the money is in your account send it to Hungary and pay off the Hungarian credit card.0 -
