Appeal response letter states wrong location

Hi,
I received a PCN back in September. I appealed it but the appeal has been rejected. However, the appeal response letter states a different location to that indicated on the PCN itself.
The PCN itself states "Outside Gordon Court" with the offence "Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours. However, the appeal response letter claims the contravention location was "Bus stop outside Stonegrove Court". Whilst both of these locations are in the vicinity in which I was parked, they are approximately 200 yards apart. Could I further appeal on this and get off as a technicality?
Thanks

An appeal on that point will fall on deaf ears.
The rules of this game are:
1) if you make a simple mistake, you are charged £100.
2) if they make a simple mistake, you are charged £100.
We need a rules change.
If this ever gets to court, then it might be worth including that point.0 -
Where were you actually parked, outside Gordon Court or Stonegrave Court?
If Stonegrave, were you actually on the bus stop? If so:
a) PCN has wrong location
b) PCN has wrong contravention, should be 47 Stopped on a restricted bus stop or stand.0 -

It was ouside Gordon Court, as per the PCN itself. The thing is, the PCN was for parking on a yellow line whilst the appeal response letter states a different location and techincally therefore a different offence, ie: parking in a bus stop.0 -
Is this a council PCN?.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Take this to pepipoo for best advice.
This forum majors on private parking charges not "proper" council tickets0 -

What's the location given?
If it's Gordon, then the challenge response is just a mistake and they will correct it on the NtO.
If on the other hand it's Stonegrave, then it's likely that the Notice to Owner will also have Stonegrave. Then you can challenge on wrong location and contravention.0
