Case open but pb refunding buyer

I have a buyer in Italy (suprise suprise) who has not received their item, but every time I click on 'see request details' I get sent to Ebay Italy, how am I supposed to refund them?!

You have to do the case via Ebay Italy as that is the Ebay site they brought the item from. Cases always have to be resolved on the buying website. If you have Google Chrome it should translate the website for you. Or use https://www.babelfish.com/0

You can log into Italy with your UK username and password.
