Woodburner quote

OK, firstly, I am happy to pay the price requested for fitting and kocking the wall down etc.
However, I've just looked at the quote again, and see I'm being charged VAT on the supply of a woodburner.
This woodburner already has VAT added to make it the price it is on the website that's selling it. This price is the price that's quoted on the quote form I was sent.
Then the final total is the price of the woodburner, plus the price of the kncoking down stuff etc, then a VAT of 20% is being applied to the total of both.
Am I being charged VAT on the supply of this woodburner because the person fitting has ordered it?
