I have a laptop. Packard Bell a Samsung Tablet and a Samsung phone.
I have outlook and dont understand something if you can explain .
My emails will sit happily in my inbox forever but in my tablet and phone, they disappear into thin air after a few weeks and no sign of them, anywhere .
I save them now as a file but can anyone say what happens please

You will find that the phone and tablet will only keep the last 30 days of emails!0

Does the phone sync with your email provider? That is the way mine works, so once I have downloaded the email to a laptop it is deleted from the email server and then hence my phone.0

On most phones, you can change the settings for the number of emails to retain on the device. At least, mine does anyway, so may be a bit premature in saying most...Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

Yeah, that is expected behaviour .. You can change it, however i think 30 days is the max .
