18185 Anyone else having problems

The 18185 service seems to have deteriorated to the point where it is no longer usable.
Trying to make calls results in a wait of several 10s of seconds with just a series of clicks being the result and even on the rare occasions it is usable, the bandwidth permitted on each international call (mine are to Spain) makes the speech from the other end unintelligable .
Trying to log a fault on their web page just results in a error.
They seem disinterested in providing a service or sorting their problems.
Me? I am voting with my feet and walking.
Anyone else having similar experiences?
Such a pity it was good at first.

I personally use it for UK calls only and rarely have problems. The MSE callchecker idenitifes three seperate providers who charge 0.5p/min for calls to Spain plus CheapestChat who charge 0.4p/min (but they are a Top Up Provider); 18185 charge 1p/min so worth looking elsewhere for calls to Spain anyway.0

I've had questionable call quality on a number of occasions to France. It seems that I can hear the other party without any problems, but they tell me that I sound as though I'm either echoing, dropping out, or am just completely inaudible.
I know that 18185 is a cheap provider, and they don't use the A-class lines that BT and some other providers do, but recently I think they've been useless. I altered the settings on my V4 to route calls to France through Equitalk, although I'm aware that Heinz will shoot me down for saying that as I bet he'll suggest a cheaper alternative

HazzaTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
