Had a new windscreen with a built in heating element installed in Dec 14.
Really frosty the other morning and noticed it wasn't working properly so emailed Autoglass under their lifetime warranty. Windscreen also had a fairly big chip on it as well, but this wasn't the cause of the issue. I was expected some resistance to replace free though.
They called me back within 30 mins, arranged the appointment for the next day and fitted a new windscreen without any quibble at all.
Very impressed with the service!
