They are a business and can pick and choose who they have as customers. You are making a big issue of "why didnt they ask me". The fact is if money laundering is even remotely suspected they cannot question you. You still don't acknowledge that having £16k going round in circles is not normal.

I have made 2 complaints via email, i should be expecting a letter from them. Also contacted FOS, submitted a SAR request to Cifas and National Hunter. Its criminal that banks are allowed to destroy legit peoples life whilst the criminal live it large scot free. Government needs to wake up and put a stop to these practises where banks can mess up your credit based on assumptions that are not disclosed to customers. How can i defend myself if the reason is not even disclosed out to me? Even though i voluntarily closed my account i wont rest until i get an apology in writing from the bank.[/QU

Huge overreaction  Don't hold your breath waiting for an apology, they don't owe you one. Google "Tipping Off"

They’ve destroyed your life by closing an account you were going to close anyway? :rotfl:
You’re totally wasting your time. Like I said, move on.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

    Pointless rant.
