canada square

hi, can anyone advise me of the canada square payment procedure. i received a letter this morning that my ppi claim was upheld, informing me how much i would receive, however there is a line stating that my cheque will be sent in 20 days. however any ppi i have received there is always an acceptance form to sign, but no mention of signature of acceptance. does anyone know if my cheque will be sent without anything being signed, thanks in advance

No,sometimes they don't require a signature. I have had a few where the cheque was in the envelope with the upheld and breakdown of the redress letter.
Well done on your win :D
  • thankyou very much
  • Just seconding what amersall said for reassurance. I too got a letter from Canada Square earlier this year confirming what I was owed from them, but there was no form I had to return. The cheque followed not long after :)
