You'd need to see for sure.

Very much depends upon the exact wording of the covenant as to whom it might benefit in succession and in the case of their being no succession and particularly a dissolved company, it would have to be established that the benefit was adhered to the land retained by the original beneficiary rather than to the beneficiary themselves.
