To enter the TV and STB Giveaway competition, entrants must enter their details in the form provided on http://td-campaigns.com/freesat/comp/ between Friday 10th November 2017 and Friday 1st December 2017 (23.59).
2. On or soon after Friday 8 th December 2017, the winner will be randomly selected from all entries. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into with unsuccessful entrants.
3. Entry to the competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Freesat, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected to the competition.
4. The winner will win:
(a) A LG - 60SJ850V Smart 4k Ultra HD HDR 60" LED TV; and
(b) A Freesat smart set-top box model HUMAX HDR-1100S Freesat+ HD 500GB; and
(c) Free satellite dish installation (as required).
5. The winner will be notified via phone or email. The winner must accept the prize within 2 weeks of notification otherwise a redraw will take place.
6. Freesat reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of greater or equal value if the prize is no longer available for reasons beyond Freesat’s reasonable control.
7. Freesat will endeavour to arrange installation and delivery of prizes within 3 months of the winner accepting the prize. Installation will be arranged on a mutually convenient date between the winner and the installer.
8. Entrants must have permission (landlord, council or otherwise) for a satellite dish to be installed (or already have a satellite dish installed with permission), otherwise that element of the prize may be forfeited. The installation requires the dish to be mounted externally and a cable, no longer than 20 metres, must be able to reach the Freesat box at the winner’s property. Freesat makes no representation as to the signal quality to the winner’s property.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, delayed, corrupted or incorrect entries.
10. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purpose of: (a) administering this competition, and (b) receiving future marketing from Freesat. Entrants will have the option to unsubscribe from any future marketing from Freesat in the first, and every subsequent, marketing message received.
11. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Freesat may reasonably require, e.g. the name of the winner may be posted on the https://www.freesat.co.uk website.
12. By entering the competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
