NTK arrived on day 13

Hi all, I’ve read through all the Newbie thread and see that if you have a window screen PCN then the NTK should arrive after day 26. Mine arrived yesterday, day 13. Is that breaking any rules?

if a ticket is placed on the car , received day 29 - 56 , if by anpr method received before day 14


VCS have an exception to this rule , this has been passed as legal by the DVLA

A PPC can send a ticket whenever they like. However if they want to hold the keeper responsible for parking charges incurred by the driver as per POFA 2012 then strict timescales apply. If there is no windscreen ticket then the Notice to Keeper must arrive by Day 14 (Day 0 is when the parking 'crime' was committed). If there was a windscreen ticket then between Day 29 & Day 56.

I assume you mean a 'myparkingcharge.co.uk' pretend PCN proclaiming misleadingly: 'this is not a parking charge'.

Best advice if so, is to search the forum for the words in bold and read all the advice on here already.
