Please can anyone recommend a good short term saving account?
To cut a long story short, my house purchase has been delayed and so wanting to invest my £10k - £15k somewhere that will give me the best return but will also give me access to the funds once required in January or February time.
Thank you in advance for your recommendations!

For the short time available you might consider a Tesco Bank Internet Saver at 1.35%.0 -
1.35%? Tesco website says 1.2%.

indicates 1.35% - could be wrong but says updated 10 November.0 -
Nationwide Flex Direct and instant access Regular Saver both at 5% for 1/3 of it?0

1.35%? Tesco website says 1.2%. Have I missed notice of a Tesco rate increase?

Lose: no longer possess, not to retain, unable to find
Loose: not firmly or tightly fixed in place0 -
Thanks AirlieBird

I quite like Tesco Bank but it's true to say that when interest rates went down by 0.25% they reduced the standard interest rate by 0.35% from 0.75% to 0.40%. Now that interest rates have risen by 0.25% they are increasing it by 0.15% from 0.40% to 0.55%. A cheeky 0.20%0
