Please be aware of any deadline when switching bank accounts.
I switched to TSB (via MSE website) in July 2016 and was expecting the £130 bonus but it never arrived. When I complained they said 'you missed the deadline' but they did not say how I missed it. I just ticked the box to switch and assumed it would go through automatically. Surely, TSB should have completed the transaction as requested or contacted me before the deadline about it.0 -
