Hello, i’m hoping i can get some advice, ive searched other threads and online but i’m still at a loss as to what i should do at this stage.
i live in Scotland, i have received loads of pcn’s from smart parking since 23/12/16 for a fine of £110 for a multi story car park. i’ve always followed advice online and never responded as everyone says they can’t do anything if you don’t say who was driving. last week i received all this paperwork about small claims court proceedings. one pile was for the £110 i knew about and includes lots of images of signage etc. the other pile is for four other lots of fines i had no idea about dating between 5/1/16 and 20/10/16 for £440. the parperwork is pretty overwhelming, i text my friend who advised to reply just saying i wasn’t the driver. i did so in a blind panic and really didn’t argue very well.
i’ve now received a hearing date, the 10th of january. i am absolutely petrified of having to go and speak at something like that, but really can’t afford the money. i’m also starting a degree in january in the south of england so on top of everything, it will cost a fortune to travel back up for one day along with missing the start of my course. i’m so annoyed at myself it’s come to this, if it was just £110 i would pay as it’s not worth the sleepless nights! any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

who actually issued the paperwork ?
the sheriffs office ?
perhaps you can redact the paperwork and host it on tinypic ?
then add a dead URL to your reply to the pic or pics ?
change http to hxxp0 -
im sorry i’m not too computer savvy, hopefully the link works? this is all the relevant parts i’ve picked out for the £110 charge.
yes it appears to be signed at the bottom by a sheriff officer and was hand delivered.
i’ve since received an email from the court with the date i need to go.0 -
Sorry that link doesn't show your pics.
For me it shows the whole of my Tinypic album.
You need to post the link for each picture.
You've got the right idea with the 'hxxp' though.0 -
Yes, we're nearly there.
Can we please have the picture the right way up?
Edited to add:
I have removed the links because they show too much information.
Your name and full address together with a claim reference number is visible.
I suggest you too remove the 'dead' links from earlier posts.0 -
Sorry, I'm trying to do it on my ipad, it's the right way up for me... Is it showing upside down? Or do I need to turn it clockwise/anti clockwise?

Looks ok on my iPad.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
