Issues with British Gas HomeCare not repairing plumbing...

I have been a customer of British Gas HomeCare for a number of years and use it for a couple of properties.
I never used to have any issues with them and they always got stuff sorted but I am finding that increasingly each time I need them to repair something, they (specifically Dynorod who are their plumbing business) worm their way out of carrying out repairs and I have to get a third party to go in and fix stuff which negates the need for their cover.
Does anyone else have the same experience and are there any other plumbing and electrics insurance businesses that you would recommend as I think it is time to switch?
