TFL Red Route

Hi,
I am a blue disable badge holder.
I received a penaIty charge notice from TFL stated that my car stopped where prohibited (on red route or clearway).
I was parking in the London Road at Bromley, on a red route bay 'No stopping Mon-Sat 7am-7pm except 10am -4pm for disable max 3 hours or loading max 20 mins. Before parking I drove past the bay and turned left to Blyth Road. There were a lot of parking space. I could park there for three hours without charge. I found time was nearly ten o'clock, so I changed my mind to park the bay. When I parked there the clock in my car was 10:00 am. It was same max 3 hours parking on the this bay or Blyth Road. Because I found it was more convenience to me from there. Am I able to make an appeal to TFL stating this as my main reason?
Thank you for your kindly attention. I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
Tiffany

As we tend to major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work) and post a new thread; here's your link:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?act=SF&s=&f=30
Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
