Ebay Refund via Echeque failed - what now?

Hi, item didn't arrive so I opened a case and was sent an Echeque as the refund, just received a message from Paypal saying payment has failed. When I go into the case it still states Echeque pending until 12th. Does anyone know what action I should take next, do I just escalate on the 12th?

All sorted, just in case anyone else receives a bounced refund, I escalated and Ebay gave me my money back almost immediately.0
