The actual transfer of known info is an example of how poorly the system was planned. The existing supplier already knows the meter reading on the day of transfer - why can't the new supplier simply ask the existing for the reading and then we wouldn't need all this going back and forth and an organisation sat in the middle.

All will be resolved with SMETS2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!
