    That's a joke right?

The NHS, like any other employer, can sack anyone for no reason at all within the first 2 years. I'm surprised you don't know that!
That's certainly true, but in my experience not the case most of the time.

Individual organisations struggle to recruit for many posts and often have to get locum cover. Getting rid of people willy nilly will not help with the image. Usually safer and no more expensive to go through the full policy.

“ 27 days annual leave plus Bank holidays is something that most people can only dream of.

Stop moaning and count your blessings.

I was talking about other people, not me.

I recently retired at 60, having worked in the public sector for just short of 40 years.

There are enough staff, it's just that they are in the wrong departments. More nurses less managers

    Complete myth.

My bad. Assumed it was a bit of the green eyed monster.

I work for myself so I don't cow tow to anyone.

With your arrogant attitude, you'll be recognised for the potential trouble maker you are and be eating humble pie before you know it :rotfl:

I'm not surprised you work for yourself. No sane employer would employ someone as unsociable and nasty as you :rotfl::rotfl:

That cuts both ways. I wouldn't say that calling somebody sad and subservient is being nice and courteous. From the way you come across I would suggest you need to take a look in the mirror and question whether the person you see needs to consider their attitude to others too.

I don't think sad and subservient is anywhere near as bad as what was aimed at her (or indeed what YOU'VE just said) look in the mirror yourself!
