Neilson Ski Discount scam

So just about to book a Ski trip with Neilson, I looked at the holiday few days ago and it was a bit out of my price range, noticed today they are doing £100 for selected holidays of which the one I was looking at falls into however here is the very 'DFS' like scam..

Last week holiday cost per person £565

Today the holiday price is £639 (same date hotel everything)
So with my £100 OFF code its £539

So my £100 off voucher code only gets me £26 off not £100!! :mad:

How do they still think they can get away with stuff like this??

The Advertising Standards Authority issued advice to the travel industry in the last 2 months warning that they would take action if false pricing was used as evidence of a 'sale' You might want to contact them with the evidence. Not everything is fluid pricing, sometimes it is a genuine attempt to mislead, I think it was TUI who were criticised most recently.
