I hope someone can help. I want to pay online but can't find the 19 digit PRN required for allpay. Can't see it anywhere on the bill or on my online account. Can someone help me please? I can't get hold of anyone on the help line. Thanks

    It should be on your bill. There's a barcode and under barcode there's the 19 digits. If your bill hasn't got this Ebico can give you the allpay PRN if you call them.

    Code didn't show in Gmail or Adobe PDF but magically appeared when I saved it to Google Drive.:)

    Yep it's the number under the barcode. It's also the same setup for Robin Hood and Bristol Energy. I've always paid mine online via the allpay link too. :)
