How can I set about finding an article?

In 2012/2013, I had an article published which I kept on my laptop. I created a PDF of it and thought I had saved it. Unfortunately I cannot find either now. Is there a way, I know it was called "***** from Weymouth", it was my bowel cancer article

Obviously without the stars !!


And have you searched your computer for *.pdf ?

Can't agree more! The test islandman refers to is the Faecal Occult Blood test (FOB test). It is not a particularly pleasant procedure - but, then again, finding the presence of bowel cancer early is the best way not to find it late, when it may be too late...

You have no idea how I now feel and how grateful I am. Recently I joined a FB group that is for anyone that has had a reversal of either an ileostomy or colostomy. It is a worldwide group and wanted to share my before & after. But not being able to locate the "before", placed me in a frustrating position,
