Disabled Facilty Grant

Completed all the formalities, assessment by social services and the application was successful. They agreed to convert the bathroom into a wet room. The local councils rep have arranged their builder to do the work but three days in it is quite obvious the builder that is here hasn't got a clue what he is doing. Basic work has been done and seemed OK but the wet room wall panels arrived today and he has cut them badly and has screwed them to wood panels without water proofing, scratches all over them and do not join properly. Can't speak to anybody until tomorrow; but even then haven't got the confidence or health to go into battle over this. I know now that there is no possible way that this will have a finish that is anywhere near acceptable. [IMG][/img]23434888_10156080144867275_8954315105075248409_n_1.jpg

I would request that your builder stops work until you have made contact with your council via the OT
