One winning entrant will win six (6),
one (1) hour private tennis lessons with a qualified
Tennis coach.
The lessons will take place at the winner’s closest
tennis venue or court.
The location, which must be within the Mainland UK,
will be chosen by the winner.
The lessons must be claimed and booked by the
Prize winner within 12 months from the date of the
Promoter’s or Prize Provider’s initial correspondence
with the winner.
The winner must dress appropriately.
The winner must be in good health and able to
move freely round a tennis court.
All lessons are subject to availability at time of booking,
are weather dependent and may be cancelled at short notice.
Once the nominated winner has been confirmed
as the recipient of the lessons,
the lessons cannot be transferred to another individual
without the express permission of the Prize Provider.
To enter this prize draw,
entrants must visit the web address
tgr.ph/battleofthesexes
and complete all required fields on the entry form.
Entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
All entries must be received by midnight
on Sunday, December 3, 2017.
The winner will be contacted by the Promoter
by telephone by 5pm on Monday, December 11, 2017.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner
by this deadline or should the winner be unable to
accept the prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize
to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The winner must take the prize as one package.
Full instructions on attendance will be communicated
to the winner at the time of notification of their
winning the prize.
The prize as described is available on the
date of publication.
Should the prize become unavailable,
a substitute of equal value will be provided.
The prize is subject to availability,
non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
The winner may be required to participate in
reasonable publicity on behalf of the Prize Provider
and the Promoter.
