If there is a beneficial interest you will also need to establish how that beneficial interest is held.
As this was around the time of the divorce and you stayed in the property there is a good chance there is an interest in possession trust, that would have at least covered till the minors reached age and/or finished education, it may have been longer eg a life interest for mum.
This could mean that any beneficial interest is not realisable for some time.0 -

Yes - CH1 only came in under new LR Act 2002 so they presumably drew up own charge. Just fill in OC2 to refer to Legal Charge and the date and title number, if you are applying fir a copy“Official Company Representative
