Those who remember the above case may be interested to know that NCP filed petitions for bankruptcy against N B-F and J B-F on 6th May 2016. The respective Orders were made on 16th May 2017. I guess the moral is be careful who you get into bed with.

To give NCP their due credit, virtually all of their car parks are a pay-on-exit and barrier controlled.
Out of 15-18,000 tickets per year my company processes, we only have 3 on record issued by NCP in the last 8 years.
I'm happy to see that they spend their money on legal matters wisely. A lot of other PPCs could learn a lot from their business model.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

I thought that this chap was a major player, land owner, and property developer. The amount the case cost him would probably not buy a one bed flat in Oxford, so how come. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0 -

There's two big groups that I dip in and out of, but one (with reference to a Royle family catchphrase) is full of delusional FotL wibbleheads spouting pseudo-legal woo, and the other is full of cobwebs and tumbleweed.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
