Entry / Exit point for TV Cables behind wall

Not really sure what I'm looking for, or if such a product exists...basicly I'll be running various cables behind the plasterboard (couple of HDMI, couple of ethernet, speaker cables etc) to behind the TV. I do NOT want to terminate them into a specific connector box, just have them popping out of the wall, is there a "back box" type thing with maybe just a large opening in that would keep things neat with the skim? Im thinking something like a standard single plug socket back box and a "blank plate" over the top with a hole in it...do such products exist?
