But at what point do you cap it at? For it to be fair?
You dont give stamp duty relief full stop.
If they wanted to be fairer they could increase the 0 rate threshold.
But even that does not provide any benefit to those FTBs who will buy under £125k
Personally I would rather they chucked the money at increasing HTB isa bonuses instead.0 -
