Many thanks, Richard! That is a good explanation. So in this case, there is nothing for me to worry about, there is no restrictions for this property and we will become absolute owner of the property after we bought it. |I do not need worry any lease on that property then. Is my understanding right?

Richard did my conveyancing 6 years ago and was very good - knows his stuff! he was located in Eastleigh iirc - shame he's retired now
30th June 2021 completely debt free…. Downsized, reduced working hours and living the dream.0
