I think I know the answer but just wondering if someone could confirm for me.
A few years ago I subscribed to one of these project magazines & when the project came to an end, it was announced that the series was being extended but I chose to finish my subscription which happened with no problems.
However I came home last week to a similar magazine (& as far as I can see the same project!) which had been sent as I had previously been a subscriber. Looking through the paperwork, it looks like they are going to send me further copies with no obligation.
Am I correct in thinking that if I contact them saying not to but they do anyway, can I request that they pick them up / send me a prepaid label for their return?

Tell them no and if they do then it's unsolicited goods.
If you didn't ask for them then they need to organise their return.0 -

Only one of those two statements can be correct, not both of them.
If someone didn't make a request for goods then unless they were sent by mistake, they are unsolicited.
If unsolicited goods are sent then the receiver can treat them as a gift and there is no need to contact the sender to ask them to organise their return.0 -
Yes I know, maybe my post should have been clearer.gettingtheresometime wrote: »

My second point was to answer the quote above which is basically, yes you don't need to do anything and if you want to give them back they need to arrange it.0 -
Thanks for all the comments
I emailed the customer services and received a reply apologising for the error and that they confirmed that my address wasn't in their system.
Needless to say I am going to keep a copy of the email and refer it back to them if ever I need to!0
